All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi banks are processed at the stated minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable.

The aq9 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. aq9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. Accounts where age eligibility cannot be verified will be suspended pending confirmation and may be permanently closed if verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
The Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. aq9 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is at the Player's sole risk.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must not register using another person's identity, fictitious details, or temporary contact information.
aq9 may, at its discretion or as a matter of standard process, require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your Account's lifetime. Accepted verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. aq9 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. aq9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify aq9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate at all times. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, address, or preferred payment method — you must update your Account promptly. aq9 is not liable for failed payments or communications resulting from outdated account information.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. aq9 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive Accounts with a positive balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Where an Account balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate their Account by contacting support.
aq9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals denominated in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. aq9 will notify Players of material changes to payment method availability where reasonably practicable.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and by Account tier. aq9 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes on request from a Player or as part of an account review.
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets are processed within 15 to 60 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending, where a withdrawal triggers a fraud or security review, or during periods of high transaction volume.
If a deposit is rejected by aq9's payment systems — for example, due to suspected fraud, KYC failure, or technical error — the funds will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe. aq9 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider in returning rejected funds.
All sportsbook bets placed on aq9 are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. aq9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a pricing error, technical fault, or where the underlying event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned in accordance with the sport's governing rules.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and market suspension. aq9 does not guarantee the continued availability of any live market once trading has commenced. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are settled at the accepted odds unless the event outcome is subsequently found to be affected by circumstances that render settlement void under the applicable rules.
Casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games, operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer products, on physical game outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and minimum/maximum stake information are available within each game interface. aq9 acts as a distributor of games supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others.
aq9 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by Players who aq9 reasonably believes are engaged in irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform's pricing.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, payout, or game outcome, aq9 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed error shall not be honoured.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by aq9 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any balance attributable to that bonus becomes withdrawable. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Different game types may contribute differently toward satisfying Wagering Requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live table games contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate promotional terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play with other Players to generate qualifying activity, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine recreational play — constitutes a breach of these Terms. aq9 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close any Account found to be in breach of this section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. aq9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.
aq9 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific products. aq9 will endeavour to notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
All content on the aq9 Platform — including but not limited to the aq9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of aq9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of aq9. Unauthorised use of aq9's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
aq9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to address a security threat, legal obligation, or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Any bets placed or transactions initiated prior to the effective date of the amendment shall be governed by the Terms in force at the time of that activity.

Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and any remaining real-money balance (net of any unsatisfied bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
aq9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, aq9 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the Account. Where closure is initiated for administrative or responsible gaming reasons unrelated to misconduct, aq9 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's payment method.
